Job Description:
FlySpaces is seeking a dynamic and experienced Contact Center Manager to work remotely from home in Makati, NCR, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in contact center management and possess strong leadership skills. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level of seniority.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the contact center team - Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvements to meet or exceed targets - Train, mentor, and coach contact center agents to ensure high performance - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement - Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the contact center team - Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution - Collaborate with other departments to drive overall business goals and initiatives
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in contact center management, preferably in a remote work setting - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Energetic and confident personality traits - Attention to detail and creativity in problem-solving - Proficient in using contact center software and CRM tools - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Knowledge of performance metrics and best practices in contact center operations - Must be able to work flexible hours as needed
