Job Description:
We are seeking a Contact Center Manager to join our team at BeautyMNL, a leading beauty e-commerce platform based in Taguig, Philippines. This position offers the opportunity to work from home on a part-time basis. As a Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our contact center team, ensuring that customer inquiries and concerns are handled promptly and effectively.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer service quality. - Develop and implement training programs for contact center staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively assist customers. - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. - Collaborate with other departments within the company to address customer service-related issues and improve overall customer experience. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management to continuously improve our contact center operations.
Requirements: - Minimum 8 years of experience in a customer service management role. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues. - Proven track record of achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. - Energetic and motivated personality with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. - Experience with remote work and managing a virtual team is preferred. - Knowledge of contact center technologies and tools. - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
