Job Description - Contact Center Manager - Work from home

FlySpaces, a fast-growing company in the flexible workspace industry, is seeking a Contact Center Manager to work from home in Caloocan, NCR, PH. This part-time, Associate Level position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the daily operations of the contact center, ensuring efficient and effective customer service delivery. 2. Coach, train, and mentor contact center agents to enhance their skills and maximize performance. 3. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 4. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track performance and identify areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment of goals. 6. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues, providing timely resolutions. 7. Produce regular reports on contact center performance and present insights to management.


Requirements: 1. Proven experience as a Contact Center Manager or similar role. 2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a remote team. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Resilient and dedicated with a strong work ethic. 5. Emotional intelligence and adaptability. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and contact center software. 7. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
