Remote Contact Center Officer

Job Description:

Homebase is currently seeking a Remote Contact Center Officer to join our team in Manila, Philippines. This is a part-time, entry-level position perfect for individuals who are driven, energetic, and looking to jumpstart their career in the customer service industry.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner - Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner - Use negotiation and decision-making skills to find solutions that satisfy both the customer and the company - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals and targets - Uphold high standards of service excellence and professionalism in all interactions

Requirements: - Strong communication skills in English - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
