Job Description - Contact Center Officer

Job Description:


Expedock, a leading technology company in Parañaque, NCR, PH, is looking for a part-time Contact Center Officer to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for motivated and resilient individuals with excellent analysis and cooperation skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, complaints, and feedback. 2. Respond to customer emails and live chat messages promptly and professionally. 3. Provide accurate information about products and services, and assist customers with placing orders or resolving issues. 4. Document all customer interactions in the database and follow up on any outstanding issues. 5. Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex customer issues for resolution. 6. Meet or exceed performance targets for call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. 7. Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and company policies through training and self-study.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. 3. Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software. 7. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
