Job Description:
mClinica is currently seeking a part-time Remote Contact Center Officer to join our dynamic team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. This position is ideal for entry-level candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or related fields. As a Remote Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients over the phone, email, and other communication channels.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels. 2. Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures. 4. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members for resolution. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database. 6. Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention. 7. Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer service, such as response times and customer satisfaction scores. 8. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to clients.
Requirements: 1. Hardworking and reliable individual who is committed to providing excellent customer service. 2. Strong negotiation and cooperation skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members. 3. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools, such as CRM systems and call center applications. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and/or Filipino. 5. Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate with team members virtually. 6. Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to conduct customer interactions.
