Remote Contact Center Officer

Job Description:

Shopee Philippines is seeking a skilled Remote Contact Center Officer to join our dynamic team in Makati, NCR, PH. This part-time position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a contact center environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate and adaptable, with strong soft skills in persuasion and strategic planning.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information and solutions to customers to ensure excellent service. 3. Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges. 4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary. 5. Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction. 6. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 5. Proficiency with CRM software and other contact center tools. 6. Must be passionate, adaptable, persuasive, and have strong strategic planning skills.
