Contact Center Officer

Job Description:

Pushkart.ph is seeking a passionate and driven Contact Center Officer to join our team in Parañaque, NCR. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from customers - Assist customers with order placements, product inquiries, and issue resolution - Research and provide innovative solutions to customer problems - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed performance goals set by the company - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system - Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Passion for providing exceptional customer service - Drive to exceed customer expectations - Ability to think innovatively and conduct thorough research
