Job Description:

Acudeen Technologies is seeking a Contact Center Officer to join our dynamic team. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer emails in a professional and timely manner - Resolving customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Collecting and updating customer information in the database - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction and performance targets

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Passionate and reliable individual who is dedicated to providing excellent customer service - Strong presentation and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - High school diploma or equivalent
