Job Description:
We are seeking a Contact Center Officer to join our dynamic team at Storm Technologies. As a Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through various communication channels. This is a work-from-home position based in Antipolo, Calabarzon, Philippines.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from customers in a professional and friendly manner - Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, issue resolution, and other inquiries - Provide timely and accurate information to customers - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company - Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and empathy - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Participate in training and development programs as required - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Adaptable and reliable with a positive attitude - Strong leadership skills and the ability to handle challenging situations - Proficient in using CRM software and other contact center tools - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
