Contact Center Representative

Job Description:

Storm Technologies is seeking a Contact Center Representative to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. This is a part-time entry level position with no experience required. We are looking for energetic and resilient individuals with a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests. 3. Provide product information and pricing to potential customers. 4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently. 5. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the database. 7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 8. Meet and exceed productivity and quality goals.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills. 3. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. 4. Ability to manage time effectively. 5. Customer service experience is a plus but not required. 6. Must be willing to work flexible hours.
