Remote Contact Center Representative

Stylist in Pocket Technologies is currently seeking a part-time Remote Contact Center Representative to join our team in Manila, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 3 years of experience in customer service or related fields.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assisting customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and issue resolution. 3. Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times. 4. Escalating customer concerns to appropriate departments for resolution. 5. Documenting all customer interactions accurately and efficiently in the CRM system. 6. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 2. Strong people management skills with the ability to adapt to different customer needs. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM systems. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
