Contact Center Representative

Job Description:

Wilcon Depot is seeking a part-time Contact Center Representative to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As a Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our valued customers through various communication channels.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, pricing, availability, and order status - Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency - Process customer orders and returns accurately - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and service level goals

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Driven and motivated attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences - Strong analytical skills and ability to project manage customer inquiries - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - High attention to detail and accuracy - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
