Contact Center Representative

Job Description:

Robinsons Land Corporation is seeking a motivated and resourceful individual to join our team as a Contact Center Representative in our Makati office. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in the customer service industry.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests regarding products and services. 3. Provide accurate information about Robinsons Land Corporation's offerings. 4. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner. 5. Utilize negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial solutions with customers. 6. Manage customer relationships effectively and build rapport with clients. 7. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve department goals. 8. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 2. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. 6. Experience in customer service is a plus, but not required. 7. Must be resourceful and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment. 8. Soft skills in negotiation and people management are a plus.
