Remote Contact Center Representative

Job Description: We are looking for a Remote Contact Center Representative to join our team at FlySpaces, a leading company in the flexible workspace industry. As a Remote Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and understanding. 3. Assist customers with booking and scheduling services. 4. Provide accurate information about FlySpaces products and services. 5. Maintain thorough records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets.

Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Passionate about providing excellent customer service. 3. Resourceful problem solver with strong project management skills. 4. Persuasive communicator with the ability to build rapport with customers. 5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 7. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. 8. Ability to work remotely and adapt to a flexible schedule.
