Job Description - Contact Center Representative

Expedock is seeking a dedicated and confident Contact Center Representative to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As an Associate Level professional with at least 2 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy to assist customers with their inquiries and concerns. 2. Utilize a customer relationship management (CRM) system to accurately record and track interactions with clients. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers over the phone or through email communication. 5. Work closely with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 6. Meet and exceed performance goals in areas such as call quality, customer satisfaction, and average handling time.


Requirements: 1. Proven experience as a Contact Center Representative or similar customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong planning and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. 4. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and multitask effectively. 5. Familiarity with CRM systems and call center technology. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
