Job Description - Contact Center Representative

NextPay is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Contact Center Representative to join our team in Davao City, Philippines. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this the perfect opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service and communication.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency. 2. Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner. 4. Process orders, cancellations, and returns as needed. 5. Maintain customer records and update information as necessary. 6. Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed customer service goals. 7. Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience and overall satisfaction.


Requirements: 1. Strong dedication to providing exceptional customer service. 2. Resourceful problem-solving skills. 3. Excellent negotiation and people management skills. 4.
