Job Description - Contact Center Representative

Job Description:


Kumu is seeking a part-time Contact Center Representative to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide outstanding customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls, responding to emails, and engaging in live chat with customers in a professional manner. 2. Providing accurate information about products, services, and promotions. 3. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Documenting all customer interactions in the company's CRM system. 5. Adhering to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. 6. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Meeting and exceeding performance metrics such as call resolution and customer satisfaction rates.


Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Resilient and confident personality traits. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Strong time management and organizational skills. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other contact center tools. 7. Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts as needed.
