The Contact Center Representative at Universal Robina Corporation in Caloocan, NCR, PH is a part-time, Associate Level position requiring at least 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate for this role will be driven and resourceful, with a strong focus on innovation and project management skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner. 2. Provide exceptional customer service while resolving customer inquiries and issues. 3. Utilize company resources and knowledge base to answer customer questions accurately. 4. Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to customers where appropriate. 5. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the company database. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Meet set KPIs and targets related to call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other contact center technology. 6. Adaptability to changing priorities and a willingness to learn new skills. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
