Job Description - Contact Center Representative

Job Description:


Phoenix Petroleum Philippines is seeking a hardworking and resourceful Contact Center Representative to join our team in Caloocan, NCR. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone, email, and chat support.


Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Handling customer complaints and escalations with empathy and efficiency - Providing product information and support to customers - Processing orders and payments accurately - Maintaining customer records and feedback in the database - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and targets - Continuously improving knowledge of products and services offered


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or contact center role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Good time management skills and ability to work under pressure - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
