Remote Contact Center Representative

Job Description:

FlySpaces is currently seeking a Remote Contact Center Representative to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats from customers - Provide excellent customer service and support to resolve inquiries, complaints, and issues - Conduct research and strategic planning to effectively address customer needs - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize various communication channels to provide support to customers - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals

Requirements: - Resourceful and passionate about delivering top-notch customer service - Excellent research and strategic planning skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - High school diploma or equivalent - Fluency in English required, proficiency in other languages is a plus
