Job Description:
Investagrams is seeking a part-time Contact Center Representative to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, Philippines. As an Associate Level Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary duty is to assist customers with their inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information about products and services, including pricing, features, and availability. 3. Assist customers with account setup, password resets, and other account-related issues. 4. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department if necessary. 5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all interactions are handled with empathy and professionalism. 6. Document all customer interactions and update customer records in the database. 7. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer service experience. 8. Meet or exceed performance goals, including call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Resilient and reliable with the ability to work well under pressure. 3. Attention to detail and strong communication skills. 4. Leadership skills to help guide and mentor junior team members. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
