Job Description - Contact Center Representative

Job Description:


Homebase is seeking a Contact Center Representative to join our team in Manila, NCR, PH. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role, with a strong work ethic and confidence in their abilities.


Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Use critical thinking and analysis skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues. 3. Provide product information and support to customers as needed. 4. Update customer information in the database accurately. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics set by the company. 7. Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 5. Hardworking attitude and confidence in handling customer inquiries. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
