Contact Center Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

BeamAndGo is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Contact Center Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level representative working from home in Davao City, PH, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and feedback regarding our products and services. 3. Ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer issues and escalations. 4. Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address customer needs and provide tailored solutions. 5. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. 6. Make data-driven decisions to improve service quality and efficiency. 7. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge. 8. Contribute to the company's corporate social responsibility initiatives by giving back to the community. 9. Strive to meet and exceed performance metrics and KPIs set by the company.

Requirements: 1. Four years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote setting. 3. Strong decision-making abilities and the capacity to think creatively under pressure. 4. Demonstrated adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. 5. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and multitask effectively. 6. Proficiency in using customer service software and basic computer applications.
