Contact Center Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

LBC Express Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Contact Center Representative to join our team in a work-from-home capacity. As an Associate Level position with a requirement of 4 years of experience, the ideal candidate will be passionate, resilient, creative, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner 2. Provide accurate information about products and services 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner 4. Process orders and arrange for deliveries 5. Update customer information in the database 6. Meet and exceed customer service targets and goals

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail 5. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite 6. High school diploma or equivalent
