Contact Center Specialist

Stylist in Pocket Technologies is seeking a passionate and independent Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Manila, NCR, Philippines. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional manner - Providing information about products and services, as well as assisting with order placement and tracking - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Utilizing a customer relationship management system to document interactions and follow up on unresolved issues - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meeting or exceeding individual and team performance metrics

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service - Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Personality traits: - Passionate about providing top-notch customer service - Independent, with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
