Contact Center Specialist

Job Description: We are looking for a confident and motivated Contact Center Specialist to join our team at Penshoppe in Makati, NCR, Philippines. As an Entry Level employee, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries, orders, complaints, and general assistance - Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customer concerns and offering appropriate solutions - Process orders, returns, and exchanges using our customer management system - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Escalate complex customer inquiries to the appropriate department for further assistance - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Project management skills to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously - Innovative mindset to suggest improvements to customer service processes - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Comfortable using technology and learning new software systems
