Contact Center Specialist

Job Description: Smart Communications is looking for a Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Manila, NCR, PH on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats from customers - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Resourceful and confident personality traits - Strong time management and presentation skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
