Remote Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:

Great Deals E-commerce Corporation is seeking a Remote Contact Center Specialist to join our team. As a part-time Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working remotely from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information. 3. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and empathetic manner. 4. Utilize CRM software to accurately document and track customer interactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Meet and exceed departmental goals for customer satisfaction and resolution. 7. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Adaptable to changing priorities and customer needs. 5. Confident in handling challenging customer interactions. 6. Cooperative attitude and willingness to work as part of a team. 7. Strong decision-making skills and ability to think on your feet.
