Job Description - Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Contact Center Specialist to join our team at Gcash in Pasig, NCR, Philippines. As a Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner. 2. Assist customers with account-related concerns, transactions, and technical support. 3. Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers. 4. Document customer interactions and maintain customer records. 5. Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer concerns. 6. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.


Requirements: 1. Must possess excellent communication skills. 2. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. 3. Must be dedicated and passionate about providing outstanding customer service. 4. Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations. 5. High school diploma or equivalent. 6. Proficiency in using computer systems and different communication channels.
