Job Description - Contact Center Specialist

Grab Philippines is seeking a dynamic and adaptable Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers to provide assistance and resolve inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 2. Utilizing communication channels such as email, chat, and social media to address customer concerns and ensure a positive experience. 3. Identifying and escalating complex issues to senior team members or managers for resolution. 4. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation. 5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery. 6. Participating in training sessions and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge. 7. Adhering to company policies and procedures to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.


Requirements: 1. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. 2. Excellent emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers. 3. Confidence in handling challenging customer interactions with professionalism. 4. Adaptable to changing priorities and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other contact center tools. 6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 7. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in your role.
