Job Description - Remote Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:


Century Pacific Food, Inc. is seeking a Remote Contact Center Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a part-time Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or contact center operations. The ideal candidate will be independent, confident, and possess strong planning and communication skills.


Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide accurate product information and assistance to customers - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet and exceed performance metrics and targets set by the company - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies


Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in customer service or contact center operations - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
