Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Contact Center Specialist to join our team at Philippine Airlines in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from customers regarding reservations, flight schedules, promotions, and other inquiries. 2. Providing accurate and timely information to customers and assisting them with booking flights, making changes to existing bookings, and resolving any issues they may have. 3. Processing payments and refunds, as well as managing customer accounts and updating information as needed. 4. Collaborating with other departments within the company to address customer concerns and provide efficient solutions. 5. Utilizing time management and negotiation skills to effectively handle challenging situations and ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions, as well as following up with customers to ensure their needs have been met.
Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong knowledge of airline industry practices and procedures. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in computer systems and software applications. 6. Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others to achieve common goals. 7. Motivated and passionate about delivering excellent customer service. 8. Strong time management and negotiation skills.
