Remote Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:

Ayala Land is seeking a Remote Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. This is a part-time position at the entry level, requiring at least 1 year of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be energetic, dedicated, and possess strong soft skills such as strategic planning and cooperation.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and inquiries - Provide customer support and assistance in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues with efficiency and empathy - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional customer service - Follow company policies and procedures to uphold quality standards - Utilize communication skills to effectively address customer needs

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in computer systems and software applications - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Flexible schedule to accommodate part-time hours
