Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and driven Contact Center Specialist to join our team at Puregold Price Club Inc. based in Pasig, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product information through phone and email communication. This part-time position requires at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails promptly and professionally - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner - Provide accurate product information and assist customers with their inquiries - Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of customer communications - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Adapt to changing customer needs and company policies - Conduct presentations to educate customers on new products or services - Meet or exceed established performance goals and metrics

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Adaptability to changing tasks and priorities - Ability to present information clearly and persuasively - Must be detail-oriented and organized - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Experience with CRM software is a plus
