Job Description:
Sprout Solutions is looking for a motivated and energetic Contact Center Specialist to join our team part-time in Pasig, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. 2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and orders. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner. 4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer feedback and make recommendations for improvement. 6. Meet individual and team performance metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 4. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. 5. Previous experience in a leadership or presentation role is preferred. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 7. Must be motivated, energetic, and have a positive attitude towards customer interactions.
