Job Description - Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:


NextPay is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Contact Center Specialist to join our dynamic team in Antipolo, Calabarzon. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role who possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers to address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about our products and services. 2. Utilize clear and effective communication to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 4. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 5. Meet and exceed individual and team goals for call volume, productivity, and customer satisfaction. 6. Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide a seamless customer experience.


Requirements: 1. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Strong communication and negotiation skills. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. 5. Excellent problem-solving skills. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
