Job Description - Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:


Saphron, a leading financial technology company based in Davao City, is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Providing product information and assistance to customers to ensure they have a positive experience. 3. Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues with empathy and understanding. 4. Collaborating with other team members to escalate complex cases appropriately. 5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Following company policies and procedures to ensure consistency in service delivery. 7. Assisting with training new team members on customer service best practices.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Demonstrated motivation and resilience in handling challenging customer situations. 3. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively. 4. Leadership skills to guide and mentor junior team members. 5. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. 6. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. 7. Proficiency in using CRM software and other contact center tools.
