Contact Center Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a Contact Center Specialist to join our team at Century Pacific Food, Inc. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Entry Level Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat 2. Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, orders, and services 3. Assist customers with problem resolution and escalate issues as needed 4. Document all customer interactions in the CRM system 5. Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call handling time and customer satisfaction ratings 6. Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and service delivery 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 5. Energetic and resilient personality traits 6. Soft skills in strategic planning and leadership 7. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment 8. Access to a quiet workspace, high-speed internet, and a personal computer 9. Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
