Contact Center Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Contact Center Specialist to join our team at Penshoppe. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As an Associate Level position, we require candidates to have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from customers to assist with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution. 2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Conduct research to provide accurate information and solutions to customers. 4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with product inquiries. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 6. Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards set by management. 7. Utilize communication and leadership skills to work effectively with team members and contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. 3. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. 4. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 5. Ability to conduct research and problem-solving skills. 6. Leadership skills to support and motivate team members. 7. Proficient computer skills and experience using CRM software. 8. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
