Job Description:


Meralco is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Taguig, NCR, Philippines. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are adaptable and passionate about providing excellent customer service. As a Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats from customers inquiring about their electricity accounts, billing inquiries, service requests, and other related concerns.


Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls, emails, and live chats from customers in a professional and courteous manner - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding their electricity accounts, billing inquiries, and service requests - Use critical thinking skills to quickly resolve customer issues and escalate to the appropriate departments when necessary - Demonstrate leadership skills when interacting with customers and guiding them through the resolution process - Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely manner - Continuously learn and adapt to stay ahead in a rapidly changing world of customer service


Requirements: - At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong critical thinking skills - Demonstrated leadership abilities - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent
