Job Description - Remote Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:


We are looking for a Remote Customer Care Assistant to join our team at PLDT. As a Remote Customer Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through various communication channels. This is a part-time position with entry-level seniority and requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolving customer issues and complaints with a high level of empathy and understanding. 3. Providing product information and assistance to customers. 4. Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records. 5. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Identifying opportunities for process improvement to enhance customer satisfaction. 7. Adhering to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality.


Requirements: 1. Independent and resourceful personality traits to effectively work remotely. 2. Strong communication skills to interact with customers in a clear and concise manner. 3. Analytical skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. 4. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. 5. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
