Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and driven Customer Care Assistant to join our team at Philippine Airlines. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Taguig, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level Customer Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers through various communication channels.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with booking flights, managing reservations, and providing information on flight schedules and policies. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention. 4. Provide support to customers with special needs or requests, such as wheelchair assistance or dietary restrictions. 5. Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure seamless passenger experience.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers. 3. Strong adaptability and decision-making skills. 4. Must be reliable and able to work independently. 5. Proficiency in English and another language is a plus. 6. Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
