Job Description - Customer Care Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


AQWIRE, a fast-growing real estate platform, is seeking a part-time Customer Care Assistant to work remotely from Manila, NCR, Philippines. As an Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or related fields.


Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with account inquiries, technical issues, and payment concerns - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation of interactions


Requirements: - Driven individual with a confident attitude - Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications - Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace to work effectively from home
