Job description:
FlySpaces is seeking a motivated and energetic Customer Care Assistant to join our team on a part-time, entry level basis. As a Customer Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work from home and provide exceptional customer service to our clients in the Makati area. We are looking for individuals who are resilient, have a positive attitude, and possess great problem-solving and communication skills.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with booking services, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously look for ways to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to the management team - Provide support during peak hours and weekends as needed
Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience preferred, but not required - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude - Energetic and enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer service - Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home
