Job Description - Customer Care Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


Jollibee Foods Corporation is seeking a passionate and motivated Customer Care Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers from the comfort of your own home.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with order placement, product inquiries, and issue resolution - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Work closely with the Customer Care Supervisor to identify opportunities for improvement in service delivery - Stay informed about company products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed


Personality Traits: - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Motivated to exceed customer expectations


Soft Skills: - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers - Innovation skills to develop creative solutions to customer issues
