Job Description:
Kumu is seeking a part-time Customer Care Associate to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level role, we require at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or related field. The ideal candidate for this position will be independent and confident in handling customer inquiries and concerns.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Document customer interactions and feedback - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent presentation skills - Effective time management skills - Independent and confident in handling customer inquiries - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
