Remote Customer Care Associate

Job Description:

Investagrams is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Remote Customer Care Associate to join our team in Taguig, NCR, PH. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting technical issues, and navigating the Investagrams platform. 3. Proactively identify and address customer needs to ensure a positive experience and build customer loyalty. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. 6. Contribute to the improvement of customer service processes and procedures.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience. 2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. 4. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. 5. Previous experience in the finance or investment industry is a plus. 6. Leadership and cooperation skills. 7. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
