Job Description - Customer Care Associate

Job Description:


As a Customer Care Associate at Converge ICT Solutions Inc., you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels. You will handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your primary goal is to build strong relationships with our customers and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints effectively and efficiently - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Processing orders, returns, and refunds - Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met - Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Adaptable and motivated personality traits - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of customer service best practices - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
