Customer Care Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Care Associate to join our team at Cloudstaff in Parañaque, NCR, PH. This is a part-time position suitable for entry-level candidates with at least 1 year of experience. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide accurate information about our products and services - Assist customers with order processing, refunds, and exchanges - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Motivated and adaptable personality traits - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strategic planning and decision-making soft skills - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
